These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cv99ap platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on cv99ap, you automatically agree to these Terms.
It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. 1.2 Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not permitted to use cv99ap:
- Those under 21 years of age
- Employees of cv99ap and their immediate family members
- Those who have previously placed a voluntary self-exclusion
- Those whose accounts have been previously closed without a stated reason
- Those attempting to register using false identities or information
1.3 Verification Process
cv99ap reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

2.1 Deposit Terms
- The account used for deposit must be registered in the user's own name
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted
- Suspicious transactions may be held until verified
- The deposited amount will always be applied at its actual value
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made
- Withdrawals will be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- The withdrawal account must be the registered mobile or bank account
- Multiple withdrawal requests may be pending at the same time
Section 3: Bonus and Promotion Policy
3.1 Welcome Bonus
cv99ap offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim the bonus.
The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
3.2 General Bonus Terms
- A promotion may be used only once per person, household, or IP address
- Once a bonus has been claimed it cannot be cancelled
- There is a specific time limit to complete the wagering requirements of a bonus
- cv99ap reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice
3.3 VIP Program
cv99ap has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and loyalty.
Section 4: Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
4.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance:
- Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
- Attempting to win through fraudulent means
- Using any software or bots
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
- Threatening or harassing other players
4.2 Fair Play Guarantee
cv99ap uses an encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. All game results are completely unbiased and not predetermined. SSL encryption keeps all transactions secure.
4.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a server error or technical issue, cv99ap reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and refund the staked amount. cv99ap is not obligated to honor any incorrect odds or jackpot amounts displayed due to a technical error.
Section 5: Account Closure and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Closure by the User
You may close your cv99ap account at any time. Any existing balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus balance may not be withdrawable if wagering requirements have not been met.

cv99ap may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
